Today should prove to be an interesting day.  It will be busy on all fronts.  The oldest’s football game will probably suck.  On a 5th/6th grade team, he has two 6th grades playing against a team that is all corn-fed farmer boy 6th graders.  That is like trying to stop an elephant with a yard stick.  Then, it will be cold.  In the middle of corn fields, there is nothing to stop the wind.  Cloudy and 50’s.  Wearing layers of clothes is the proper way to go, but my shoulder is still sensitive from the new tattoo.  I’ll have both Zippo hand warmers fired up today.
