You Get What You Pay For

I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, but there are limits.  You can buy a new car for $15,000.  It will not be fast, luxurious, or even pleasurable to drive, but it is a car.  You can get a very nice car for $30,000.  You can also spend $2,000,000 on a new car, but it probably is either super luxurious with 24 karat gold trim and other unneeded items or a supercar that is the fastest on the planet but is horrible to drive on slow city streets.  Buying something because of a name is stupid.  Buying something because that name represents quality is another story.  I believe in buying quality; not wasting money buying into a brand.
